The Glen Rock Borough Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 6:30 PM and the Glen Rock Borough Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 6:30 PM.  Both meetings will be held at the Glen Rock Borough Office located at 1 Manchester Street, Glen Rock, PA for the Zoning Hearing Application ZHB-2024-01.

Zoning Hearing Application ZHB-2024-01  is an Application  submitted by Rodney L. and Constant L. Krebs for Parcel 60 (Lot 8) located on Winter Avenue, Glen Rock, PA, within the Borough of Glen Rock, requesting a variance from §27-410.4 of the Glen Rock Borough Zoning Ordinance to allow a new private driveway to exceed 10% within 25 feet of the point at which the driveway intersects the right-of-way line and a special exception pursuant to Section 27-303.G to allow a multifamily dwelling use in the Residential Suburban (R-1) Zoning District.
